OUR STORY
Systema of Mikhail Ryabko and Vladimir Vasiliev is a Russian martial arts that became popular around the world during the last 10-15 years. You can find wealth of information about it in Internet. We are a small group of enthusiasts who love practicing Systema whenever and wherever possible. If you feel like trying it, you are welcome to join us.

OUR VISION
Aggression is wrong. Tension is bad. Pride hurts, almost never helps. State of mind drives the body. Intuition does work. Importance of breathing is paramount. Own body awareness is extremely helpful. Relaxation sharpens reflexes and unleashes body physical power. Learning to receive the punches is as important as giving them. Continuous movement brings freedom and confidence.

OUR CLASSES
There are no sex or age restrictions. Specific training outfit is not required. Regular clothes would be even better. During our classes we fell on the ground, roll backwards, forward and sideways, we stretch and perform physical, breathing and mental exercises, work with weapon imitations and do drills in pairs as well as 1-against-2, 1-against-3 and so on.
You would need to sign a form to participate in the class.
